You just need to purchase the following; shop rags, a handlebar riser kit, a ratchet, a blue Loctite, a socket set and a half inch torque jerk.

You should start off by fueling your fuel tank with the shop rags. You have probably had a paint job done on your motorcycle. And seeing as they are usually costly, the last thing you want is for the paint to be all damaged. A handlebar or even a tool may accidentally scrape off a part of the paint. Having it repainted means they will have to do it uniformly and cost you a bunch of money.

Secondly, you may locate the triple clamp and position the riser stand inside it. Introduce the riser fair below the triple clamps. You should ensure that all these pieces are properly sealed together to ensure that you do not set yourself in any form of risk. Ensure that you place a locker nut into each riser bolt and begin to start tightening them. Continue to apply blue Loctite, you should ensure the safety of your new setup by tightening the bolts and nuts using the ratchet and the socket. Now to install the handlebars, align the bolt holes with the holes in the riser. Fit the bolts through the holes. At this point your ratchet and socket should help you tighten these bolts as tight as you can. If you do not ensure the that the bolts are tightened right, you might face danger the future. This means the handle bars may fall off while you are on the road.

The next step is to use the torque wrench to ensure all the bolts are in position. As you know, there are many models of motorbikes. Therefore, there are different torque wrenches for different models. You should follow your manufactures instructions on what kind of wrench is most effective for the motorcycle model.
